Educational trail to the ramparts from the Potato War of 1778-1779

In Harta, above the hill Ovčák (Hůrka), there are ramparts, remnants of fortifications from the Potato War. The educational trail has six stops, which will also introduce you to other historical sites in Harta, part of Vrchlabí.
The trail starts at the Podhůří train station and leads partly along unpaved roads, meadows, and forests. Halfway along the route, there is a fireplace with seating and beautiful views of the Krkonoše Mountains.
