This is your first stop when visiting the town. You will find us in the centre of the town of Vrchlabi, the gateway to the Krkonose Mts., in the former townhall on T.G. Masaryk Square. Information about the entire Krkonose is available in once place.

The project: Vrchlabí presents itself
Non-investment subsidy from the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic within the call NPŽP 9/2022 in the amount of CZK 211,990. The subject of the project is the creation of promotional material and retrofitting of the information centre. The project will create a representative publication that will summarize and offer the best that visitors can experience in Vrchlabí and its surroundings. Furthermore, the children's corner of the information centre will be equipped.
The project: We are not lost in the city
Investment subsidy from the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic under the call NPŽP 9/2022 in the amount of CZK 246,627.50. The subject of the project is the acquisition and installation of information panels on the territory of Vrchlabí with a map of the town and recommendations for visiting the most interesting attractions of the town. 4 information panels will be installed.

Non-investment subsidy from the Interreg Czech-Poland 2021-2027 programme in the amount of EUR 59 929,96. The main objective of the project is to make cultural monuments (the historical building of the town hall no. 210 in Vrchlabí, the historical granary building in the chateau in Sobieszów) and the development of tourist infrastructure (creation of the IC, modernisation and extension of the exposition in 4 historical houses in Vrchlabí, including the addition of the garden area, creation of a new exposition in Sobieszów and construction of a bread oven) accessible. The sites will be newly promoted and connected to the SmartGuide platform. Another objective of the project is the preservation of intangible cultural heritage through the implementation of soft activities.

The project: Vrchlabí open to visitors
The project supporting the programme offer for summer 2023 in Vrchlabí was supported by the budget of the Liberec Region. Thanks to this, the promotion and organisation of guided tours of the town and also the castle was ensured, rewards were created for child visitors for completing a quiz and audio routes were developed in the Smartguide application. www.kraj-lbc.cz
The project: support for the promotional activities of RTIC Krkonoše
Non-investment subsidy from the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic within the call NPŽP 6/2021 in the amount of CZK 526.935,10. The implementation of the project consists in the creation of a unified visual style and logo design, redesign of the tourist website of the town, publication of promotional materials for the castle and the castle chapel, the Church of St. Lawrence and the nature trail through Vrchlabí, development of a template and editorial system for sending the newsletter and the acquisition of a digital screen for the information centre.
The Project: the Vrchlabí Welcome Signs
Investment subsidy from the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic within the call NPŽP 6/2021 in the amount of CZK 200.763,20.
The funds received from the grant were used for the restoration and new graphic design of 4 welcome signs on the access roads to the town.
